Who we are
Rogue Fashion is a personal, non-commercial style community run by Felix Bonsu. It's about inspiration, education and celebrating individual style.
Using the site
- The site is for your personal, non-commercial use.
- Please be decent. When you submit a story or leave a message, don't post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, misleading, or that isn't yours to share.
- Don't try to break, disrupt, or misuse the site or its security.
- We may remove content or restrict access if these terms are broken.
Your content
You keep ownership of anything you submit: your story, photos or messages. By submitting it, you give us permission to show it on the site and Rogue Fashion's channels in connection with the community, and you confirm it's yours to share and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
We feature members with their consent. If you're featured and you'd like your feature edited or taken down, just email us and we'll sort it.
Our content
The site's design, words, branding and the "Rogue Fashion" name are ours, or used with permission. Images of looks and people are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse any of it without asking first.
Inspiration, not professional advice
Everything here (styling ideas, trend pieces, wellbeing content) is general inspiration and education, not professional advice. Our wellbeing content in particular is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Do what's right for you.
Links to other sites and shops
The site links to other websites and to retailers so you can explore or shop a look. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products or policies. Once you follow a link, their terms apply, and it's at your own risk. If a link ever earns us a commission, we'll say so; see our Cookies & Storage notice.
Fashion Giant
When our Fashion Giant competition runs, its own entry rules and terms will apply and be shown alongside it. Entry is free and open to everyone, as described on that page.
Member accounts
Member accounts aren't live yet. When they launch, some additional terms will apply and you'll see them at sign-up.
The site is provided "as is"
We offer the site as-is and as-available. We work to keep it running, accurate and up to date, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or complete, and features may change or be removed.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited, for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable or that come from using the site for business or commercial purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; we'll change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
